    Joe, thanks for a great mobility session last night it was very informational! We hope every member takes advantange of this mobility class as we all need it, it is free & Joe has taken the time to provide & educate us with great tips for mobility that will only improve our performance & that is priceless!
    We will be signing up for the open & we encourage everone else to do so as well !
