Free WOD Today!

Interested in trying CrossFit? Come to the FREE workout at 9 AM today (please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver).

Workout of the Day:

1 mile run

- rest exactly 3 minutes

AMRAP in 2 minutes of muscle-ups (scale = Chest-to-bar pull-ups)

- rest exactly 3 minutes

AMRAP in 2 minutes of Power cleans at Bodyweight/95% BW

- rest exactly 3 minutes

AMRAP in 2 minutes of front squats (from floor) at Bodyweight/95% BW
