Three rounds, each for time of -

50 m Prowler BW/90% BW
2 rope climbs
8 power snatch 135/95
- rest between rounds as needed (approximately 1:1)

Midline – Tabata sit-ups (4 minutes of 20 sec on/10 sec off. Count low score only)
