Another Partner WOD

The Boy/Girl Challenge happens in just over a week! Today’s an opportunity for another partner workout – communication is the key.

10 x 1 deadlift

Partner Karen -
As a team of two -
300 wall balls 20/14
split up work any way

3 x 10 weighted back extensions

    The 3.5 mile run after the workout was not too bad Charlie… Best run I’ve had in weeks!!
