14 minute AMRAP of -
8 deadlift 155/105
10 hand-release push-ups
15 sit-ups
**If you are competing this weekend, take you should be in recovery mode now. Move around, do your mobility work, sleep, eat well.
Skill work: play with handstands…
- If you are uncomfortable getting to a handstand against the wall, practice that
- If you are comfortable against the wall, work on free-standing handstands
- If you are comfortable free-standing, work on walking on your hands
