I love the fun and friendly environment Rob and Wendy have created in our box.
I love the sense of accomplishment I feel when I leave everyday.
I love when people make weird workout faces. Johnny King has the best ones lately.
I love when I beat Dan’s times.
Wardrobe Malfunctions,
People who fart while doing situps,
Kristi abbreviating Box Jumps,
Doing the hardest workout ever, then in 5 minutes after thinking it wasnt so bad,
Not having to match my workout clothes,
Watching people try to do double unders for the first time,
Getting a great workout while being around like minded people.
I love the challenging workouts and the lack of monotony – but the best part is definitely the PEOPLE !!
I love all the FUN!!! Oh and all the parties.
