10K

Want to test yourself in a 10K (yeah, me either)? Well, if so…mark your calendar for Sunday, February 24. It’s the Sunrunners 35th Annual 10K.

What’s cool about this race is that there is also a relay option where you and a partner split up the run  and do a 5K each!

5×1 clean & jerk @ 75% or more

5×2 front squat, heaviest possible

AMRAP in 4 minutes of: squat clean & jerk 155/105

    can I just lift 135 lbs. for 30 reps instead? my car runs fine so a 110k should be a cinch.
