Membership Update

I am happy to announce the the gym is busier than ever! Not only do we have lots of new faces, but everyone has really been consistent with their workouts (I haven’t had to send too many “check in” emails lately!).

Just an FYI: Because we are at max capacity in the 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM classes, we are requiring anyone who joins CFVB from this point forward to attend any class but these two (i.e. we are closing these two classes for current members only). As we grow, we are dedicated to maintaining quality, which is the reason behind this decision.

Most new athletes are coming to us because our current members referred them. So, we thank you tremendously for helping us grow!
